Bartender

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking and fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Restock supplies and inventory
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Uphold a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings
