The pay rate for this job is $35 - $37 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Walk the site
• Check in w/ subs
• Move materials when needed
• Some carpentry
• Help identify issues on site

Qualifications:

• Five years of Foreman and finish/rough commercial and/or residential carpentry experience
• 2 verifiable work references
• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
• Must have basic hand tools, tool bags, drill, and skill saw.
